Another reborn classic is back from the Nike vault. This time, the sportswear brand has dusted off the Air Jordan 6 "Olympic" just in time for the upcoming Paris Games.

Debuted in 2000 for the Sydney Olympics and later revived in 2012, the iconic Jordan 6 sneaker is back... and looking as good as ever.

Aside from a minor update to the midsole (it's got new colorblocking!), the Jordan 6 sneaker remains the Olympic classic we've loved since the aughts.

The 2024 Air Jordan 6 "Olympic" sneaker arrives with extra crisp leather construction, stroked with those familiar deep navy blue and white shades.

Red bursts top signature details, while more patriotic hues decorate the new midsole alongside icy-like touches (appropriate for such a cold shoe).

The Paris Olympics are set to finally kick off in July and wrap up in August. From the looks of it, Nike plans to help close out the Summer Games with a bang — the bang being the Jordan 6's re-release.

According to sneaker leakers, Nike will unleash the Air Jordan 6 "Olympic" sneakers on August 3 at Nike and select retailers. These will join a pretty big lineup of Nike Olympic sneaker releases.

Indeed, Nike has loads of shoes on the roster for the big games, including some stealthy all-grey Jordan 4s, a wild Dunk sneaker, and problem-solving skate shoes.

Oh, and those nice breakdancing shoes, too.
